RETURN POLICY

If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we give our customers up to 30 days (after receipt of goods) to return the product(s) to us for a refund or exchange after trying them on.
We only authorise returns that are returned in the same condition as received, with original tags attached and placed back in original packaging and folding correctly and neatly in the return bag.

Christmas present orders: Items purchased between the 31 October to the 31 December are entitled to an extended exchange period. This extended exchange period ends at midnight on the 15 January. Customers may request an exchange for product or credit on a future order. Please note, the normal 14 days return for refund policy still applies on all orders.
